All calculations performed within the VALUADATA system are governed by a policy parameters module that regulates the flow of operational processes and service quality. Each company can determine, among other things, the level of labor or type of repair shop to be considered in each case, and the criteria for repairing or replacing parts in the light of company’s financial requirements or service targets. All of the above eliminates subjective, personal influence from such important decisions by applying the same criteria to all incidents, based on company policy. The policies module is also used to define discounts by shop, make, part type and origin according to negotiations and agreements established with each of the suppliers. |
